But in a world were we are often comparing ourselves to those on social media, reality can become disillusioned.
Although Celebrities and social media influences have a different life to many of us they are still human, these 'perfect' people we see in magazines, on social media or the internet are just like us!
They all get pimples, bags under their eyes, congestion, pigmentation, wrinkles; yet we seem to compare ourselves to their 'prefect' version. The version where their is an army of people making this look become reality...Make-up Artists that have spent hour working on their face; Hair Dressers that remove any chance of a bad hair day;
Stylist picking and ensuring their outfits fits 'perfectly' (regardless if they can't breath in it!); along with good lighting and angles when the photo we compare to is taken.
So next time you compare....make sure you're comparing the reality.
Real life person, not the fantasy version.
Because with a little photoshop, and a army of people we too could look like them...a fake version of reality!
